Any name chosen, if you want it to stick, it will have to be name that is desirable to pronounce (length and sound). Else, the commonly use name will form by itself and the name chosen will just be on the door. Ingalls, GSU, Mugar (to a lesser degree) stuck because it is short and likable to pronounce. I remember in my old high school, they named the library after a person named Phaneuf or Phenuf or something pronounced "feenuf." I remember reading an old high school newspaper article from the archive they had, they proposed that kids will soon say "I'll be at the Phaneuf," that never happened because the name is just too awkward. Nobody will say "I'm going to study at "the Non-Sketchy room of Upstanding Citizens" and probably not the other ones either. I'll vote for the most likely one to stick, ACM HQ. Personally, I like the name The Underground as it is a CS room in a basement like a throwback from the 80's (because it is!), but I don't know if it can stick.

The nexus? The mainframe? Something like that.

Make it interesting and for Christ's sake, don't make it sound bureaucratic.

My vote goes to The Raymond H. Mungo Hacktastic Resource Center, naturally... Shiny plaque required.
